Evaluated and prepared applicability determinations in regards to relevant regulations under the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Regulation No. 7 such as:

• Provided guidance to client on compliance/permitting strategies.

• Developed monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting compliance programs to meet storage tank and control device requirements.

• Developed emissions tracking database (i.e., rolling 12-minth logs) and recordkeeping depository for permitted facilities.

• Evaluated Greenhouse Gas (GHG) and NOx Intensity emissions and GHG plan development.

• Performed facility inspections to assist operators maintain compliance.

• Prepared and submitted synthetic minor and Title V permit applications, inclusive of the modeling determinations (Form 114) and the Environmental Justice summaries.

Worked closely with the operator to assist with the management of their air compliance and permitting program for oil and gas exploration and production operations in Colorado and Wyoming. The program involved tracking of production and associated emissions, the development of site-specific emission factors using ProMax, the preparation and submittal of Modeling Determinations (CDPHE Form 114) and Environmental Justice summaries, the preparation and submittal of initial source permit applications and permit modifications, the preparation and submittal of annual / triennial emission inventories and GHG reports, assisting with the development and implementation of monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting, and the performance of facility inspections to help the operators maintain compliance with various air requirements.
