DOT Relaxes Applicability of Security Plan Requirements.

SNC/TRC Monitoring Programs

Aquionix's SNC/TRC Monitoring Programs were developed in response to an increased interest in Significant Noncompliance (SNC) and Technical Review Criteria (TRC) Programs. The intention of the program is to provide our clients with an additional tool to monitor SNC/TRC status and initiate corrective measures where appropriate, thereby reducing the likelihood of being found in SNC and/or TRC. The SNC/TRC Monitoring Program will:

Perform SNC/TRC calculations (including District data) for any 6-month look back period where a routine sampling violation has occurred; and
Provide a written report and recommendation for corrective measures.

The program is initiated only upon the discovery of a routine sampling violation so that no additional cost will be realized during periods of excellent environmental performance.
